Returns Policy


We want you to love the special item you ordered but if you are not happy, simply follow our easy returns policy:

  • If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please send a photo within 7 days of receipt so we can replace the item or issue a refund.
  • Changed your mind? Email us with the order number within 28 days of the shipping date and tell us what you wish to return. We will send instructions on how to return your order. Upon receipt of the item, we will contact you to process your refund. We cannot refund the shipping costs.
  • Please return the item in its original packaging and secured to make sure it is not damaged during shipping. Please keep proof of postage of the returned item as we cannot refund goods lost in transit.
  • We cannot refund special custom-order items.
